If you are interested in seeing if parents are using Powerschool, you can do two things. The first report lists parental access statistics for your school. To run this report, click on Reports, then scroll down to Parental Access Statistics.
The resulting report show the total numbers for the school year. You can take note of two particular numbers to get a good picture of parental access. The first is Number of Students whose records were accessed. The second is Number of parents signed up to receive progress reports via email.
If you want to look at parental access for a specific student, then you need to select the student from the main menu, and then click on Net Access (See red circle). The resulting screen will show all of the times that a parent has accessed the system.
