Report Engine Reports

NOTE: You can double click on any screen image to enlarge it.  When you want to go back to the blog, click on the X in the upper right corner of the image. 

One area to find some useful reports is the Report Engine section.  These are easy to set up reports to give you some quick information.  To get to these reports, select Reports from the main menu, then click on the Engine tab (see red arrow).

The first report I'm going to show is the Enhanced Birthday List.  All report engine reports give you a setup screen to select report criteria.  In the screen below, I am asking for any student whose birthday is in January 2012 (See red circles).

Here is the resulting report.

The other report I will demonstrate is the List Transfer report.  This is a report that I have run for many principals.  First you'll see the setup screen, and then the report itself.

YOU MUST CHOOSE CURRENT SCHOOL ONLY.  Then you should enter a date range.

As noted in red, the student can be selected to get additional information.
